How Floor works
Every coin gets a floor. Holders of any Solana coin lock SOL in bids under the price. Anyone who wants out can sell straight into those bids, outside the pool, so the chart doesn't take the hit. A bid can't be pulled before its unlock date. That is what makes it a floor.
A brick
A brick is one bid from one wallet: an amount of SOL, a price in SOL per token, and a lock of 1 to 30 days. The terms never change once placed. The SOL sits in a vault owned by the program; no one can move it except through the rules below.
- At least 0.01 SOL, lock between 1 and 30 days.
- A bid at or above the pool price can be sold into right away. The form asks you to confirm that twice.
- Any Solana coin works: SPL Token or Token-2022. A mint with a freeze authority, a transfer fee, a transfer hook, a permanent delegate, a non-transferable or default-frozen extension is refused when its first floor is created.
Selling into the floor
A seller picks an amount. The program fills the bricks from the highest price down, partially if needed. The tokens go to the vault, credited to each brick; the SOL goes to the seller in the same transaction. The seller sets a minimum SOL out; if the floor can't reach it, nothing happens. Every brick pays at most its own price: amounts are rounded against the seller.
The pool is never touched, so the pool price does not move. The site shows a live Jupiter quote for the same size next to what the floor pays.
Claim, withdraw, close
- Claim: the bidder takes the tokens their brick has bought, at any time.
- Withdraw: after the unlock date, the bidder takes back the SOL left in the brick, dust included.
- Close: once a brick holds no SOL and no unclaimed tokens, the bidder closes it and gets its rent back.
Only the bidder can do any of these, and only for their own brick.
What Floor does not do
- No fees. The program charges nothing: no creator fee, no reward, no buyback, no points.
- No admin over funds: no pause, no admin withdrawal, no special key.
- No token is needed to use Floor, and nothing depends on one.
- No ranking, no recommendation, no forecast. Wallets are shown by address only.
- No sign-in, no account. Your wallet signs the transaction you choose; that is all.
The picture
The price floats over a slab of light. Every brick is one real bid: its width is the SOL in it, its colour comes from the bidder's address, the small ring shows the time left on its lock. When someone sells into the floor, the bricks it hits turn gold, one after another, and the price line stays still. A brick whose lock has ended fades to glass, so anyone can see which part of the floor can now leave. An empty floor stays empty.
Before you add a brick
A floor is exit liquidity. Your bid can fill while the price keeps falling, including in a rug: you then hold the coin at your price, and the SOL that bought it does not come back. Your SOL cannot leave before the unlock date you chose. Floor does not judge coins, has no admin over funds, has not been audited by anyone outside, and makes no claim that anything here is safe or guaranteed.
